Enter your Full Crotch

Measure from your waistline in the front to your waistline in the back (through your legs). The tape should be slightly higher in the back than it is in the front. Pull the tape measure so that it wraps your body but not too snug. Grab hold of the measuring tape at the top of your back waistband.
